Paradise Lost (Izgubljeni raj)
A work held at Hoover across parts of three boxes, under the Serbo-Croat title Izgubljeni raj. No published edition has been located in either language. It sits in the same part of the collection as the Njegoš material and belongs to the long stretch when Djilas wrote continuously and published only abroad, or not at all.
- Period

- Rights
- In copyright — do not store. Djilas died in 1995, so nothing of his is free before 2066 under life plus seventy, and a work published in the United States before 1978 runs for 95 years from publication besides. Held as a catalogue record with a citation. WHO HOLDS THE RIGHTS IS AN OPEN QUESTION. The finding aid’s terms of access say only "For copyright status, please contact the Hoover Institution Library & Archives," and Hoover’s own policy makes the researcher "responsible for compliance with copyright law," including "identifying the copyright owner." No public record found names an estate, an executor or an agent for Djilas.
