Ingest a source
Paste a link to any article, essay, or PDF and run it — the operator will capture it, extract and clean the text, and show exactly how it would appear as an archive entry.
Used once, to tell you whether this was added to the archive or not. It is never shown on the site, never attached to the published record, and never shared.

Large scans go straight to storage rather than through the server, so a photographed volume — a Bible, a Quran, a bound pamphlet — can be submitted whole. A scan with no text layer is still preserved; it is flagged for OCR rather than refused.
An original work is published, not preserved — you are the source, so there is no link to capture and nothing to rot. You keep the copyright; submitting asks us to publish it. It goes to the same review queue as everything else.
Submitting is open to everyone — no account, no password. The original is preserved the moment you submit, and nothing appears in the Library until a senior archivist reviews it. Archivist sign-in
- You keep everything. Submitting transfers no copyright and grants nothing exclusive. You remain free to sell, publish, syndicate or license the work anywhere else, at any time.
- What you are granting is permission to store the work and, if an archivist approves it, to publish it here and keep it available.
- You can withdraw it. Ask and it comes off the public shelves. Email us and we will take it down.
- Work you do not own. If you are submitting someone else’s writing and it is still in copyright, we publish a citation and a link to the original rather than the text itself. Send it anyway; that record is worth having.
